“I think the Shark is the greatest downrigger weight ever made. It tracks perfectly straight, it doesn’t have the blowback of conventional round weights and the chrome prism pulls fish into your pattern.
It is in a league all by itself. I don’t know of any other weights that attract fish.”

They have been using the Shark/Atommik combo right from the beginning and have never looked back.
‘For this year, my personal count of salmon approached 800 fish. This is the third year in a row this has happened and I hold your Sharks responsible. Their ability to attract and excite fish is no longer a question, it’s a fact! Thanks for an unbelievable product!!’

After 19 years of tournament fishing and chartering on Lake Ontario it’s not often that I am impressed with some of the “gadgets” that tackle companies come out with. However with the Shark Cannonball I have to say I have been pleasantly surprised. I have never used a product as unique as the Shark Cannonball. It is unlike anything else I have tried in the past. The weights design is it’s best feature and from the performance you can see a lot of time was spent perfecting it. Tracking is flawless. Add to this the unprecedented ability of the weight to also work as an attractor and you quickly see why these weights have taken off so here on Lake Ontario. Almost all the charter boats on our river now run the Shark weights. As the 2006 season quickly approaches I am looking forward to another successful year trolling with the Shark Cannonballs on board my boat “Prime Time.”

Captain Casey started fishing Lake Ontario at the age of 5 with his dad and grandpa out of Mexico Bay New York. Casey hooked up with Cold Steel as an observer for the Oswego Pro Am. The following year Casey was invited to join this popular team, he fished every tournament with Cold Steel for the next 3 years. With all that success and experience it was time to go out on his own, it was the start of Team Dirty Goose. Casey’s team went on to win the A-T0M-MIK Triple Crown back to back a feat no other team has done. Casey has been on the Shark Pro Staff since the beginning.
